  Empowered women empower women, and we mean it! ORIGINAL 2D and 3D art created by women, to celebrate Women's History Month. In its fourth year, the HERSTORY exhibit is a powerful demonstration of the creativity women possess, and we are proud to host this annual exhibit again. The ARTS at Marks Garage is a community arts center with a 1,000 sq. ft. gallery, a 1,000 sq. ft. theater, and a 1,000 sq. ft. office space founded in 2001.

  Downtown Art Center Presents - “Dance on the Edge of the Witches’ Cauldron,” Curated by Tom Klobe, May 1-29, 2026 & DAC Volunteer Art Show 2026
  An Opening Reception will be held on First Friday, May 1, from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.  “Dance on the Edge of the Witches' Cauldron" is an important exhibition that features five renowned Hawaiʻi artists who have, throughout their lives, pushed beyond all borders. In other words, they have danced on the edge of the witches' cauldron, balancing between the fire on one side and the boiling stew on the other. Featured artists are: Fred Roster, Pat Hickman, Allyn Bromley, Sally French, and Linda Kane.
