Purpose: §2-13-101 [Neighborhood Plan of 2008, City Charter.] "Purpose. The purpose of this neighborhood plan and the neighborhood boards is to increase and assure effective citizen participation in the decisions of government."

Rules of Speaking: Anyone wishing to speak is asked to raise their hand, and when recognized by the Chair, to address comments to the Chair. Speakers are encouraged to keep their comments under two (2) minutes, and those giving reports are urged to keep their reports under two (2) minutes. Please silence all electronic devices.

Note: The Board may take actions on any agenda item. As required by the State Sunshine Law (HRS 92), specific issues not noted on this agenda cannot be voted on, unless added to the agenda. A two-thirds (2/3) vote of each Board is needed to add an item to the agenda. Items may not be added if they are of major importance and will affect a significant number of people.

A. Illegal Game Rooms: Panel Discussion on Honolulu City Council Bills 56 & 57 - Honolulu City Council Members, Department of Planning and Permitting (DPP), Honolulu Police Department (HPD), and Additional Representatives Selected by the Chairs.

III. RESIDENT/COMMUNITY CONCERNS: Because of the "Sunshine Law", concerns not on agenda may be presented, but no Board action can be taken. Limited to two (2) minutes each.
