REGULAR MEETING AGENDA THURSDAY 3 JUNE 2021 6:00 PM

HAWAII PACIFIC UNIVERSITY 1 ALOHA TOWER DRIVE MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM 2

Requisite precautions to mitigate disease transmission during the meeting will be enforced by the sergeant-at-arms. If you are not comfortable attending the meeting in person, the Neighborhood Commission website accepts written testimony readily, as described in the boxed information at the foot of this agenda document.

To maintain meeting efficiency, persons within the gallery wishing to speak aloud regarding items on the agenda must, before the prior speaker has completed his or her presentation or question, queue with appropriate distancing near the guest microphone. Alternative means of submitting questions without approaching the microphone (or those for which time did not permit in-meeting delivery) are available; please be mindful of advisements about such by the Chair.

When recognized by the Chair, advance from the queue, approach the microphone while following distancing precautions, and avoid touching or adjusting the microphone; self-introduce and direct your specific question or comment to the Chair. Speakers are afforded up to one minute for any agenda item (inclusive of approach to the microphone and delivery of a brief and specific question or statement to the Chair), and the respondent may be then directed by the Chair to provide a reply lasting no more than two minutes, unless otherwise advised.

To permit sufficient time for questions, those giving reports are urged to keep their presentations under three minutes unless otherwise advised. Board Members shall adhere to speaking limits per Board protocol.

The meeting may be recorded for later viewing on ʻŌlelo. To ensure that all verbal comments remain audible during rebroadcasts, please face the designated microphone while addressing the Chair. Kindly silence all electronic devices while within the meeting venue. Limited partial parking validation may be available; please confer with the Neighborhood Board Assistant only before or after the meeting.
