Reminder of order and decorum: Persons wishing to speak on agenda items must raise their hand and, when recognized, address the Chair. Each member of the audience is entitled to speak once for up to two (2) minutes on any agenda item unless otherwise directed by the Chair. Board Members shall adhere to Board speaking limits.

Hallabaloo - Street Closure for Alcohol Block Party from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Street Closure on Nuuanu Ave (between Chaplin Lane and King St, Pauahi St (between Bethel Street and Smith Street - except for parking exit lanes), Hotel Street (between Bethel Street and Smith Street), Smith Street ( between Pauahi Street and parking lot Makai of Amy's Place). Note there is no longer Amy's Place but a new restaurant (5 Minutes)

Discussion on Mayor's Letter to all Neighborhood Board Chairs and Boards voicing his concerns on Senate Bill 2922 Senate Draft (S.D.) 1 House Draft (H.D.) 1 that Proposed Constitutional Amendment giving the Legislature the authorithy to institute a tax surcharge on real property for the purpose of funding Hawaii's education system

A. The next regular meeting is scheduled for Thursday 1 November 2018, Hawaii Pacific University,
One Aloha Tower Drive, Multi-Purpose Room 3 at 6:00 p.m.
B. The Neighborhood Citizen's Patrol meets each Tuesday on the Diamond Head side of Kukui Plaza at
8:00 p.m. Please consider joining the patrol and supporting its efforts as they express their service and pride in our Downtown-Chinatown community.
C. Broadcast-Videotape of Board meetings are scheduled to be shown on the 3rd Thursday, and on the
2nd and 4th Saturday, Channel 49.
