Reminder of order and decorum: Persons wishing to speak on agenda items must raise their hand and, when recognized, address the Chair. Each member of the audience is entitled to speak once for up to two (2) minutes on any agenda item unless otherwise directed by the Chair. Board Members shall adhere to Board speaking limits.

The meeting is being recorded for broadcasting and viewing on ‘Olelo. To insure that all verbal comments are audible for broadcasting, please speak into the designated microphone to enable the importance of the speakers message to be recorded and heard at the broadcast and viewing of the meeting.

A. 1st Annual Best of Honolulu Fun Run/Walk Saturday, August 5, 2017, 9:00 a.m. -- 11:00 a.m., Street Closure Request, Route from Honolulu City Hall South King Street to Richard Street, Beretania Street, to Bethel Street, and Hotel Street and back to Honolulu Hale, Raul Torres de Sa, Event Director. (10 minutes).

B. Update on Downtown Neighborhood Transit-Oriented Development and Chinatown Action Plan, Harrison Rue and Mike Packard, City Department of Planning & Permitting, and Department of Transportation Services, (15 minutes).

C. Taste of Chinatown Event Sunday, August 27, 2017.

D. Discussion on the Bikeshare (BIKI) Hawaii Stations located on South Kukui Street near Fort Street, and Request To Relocate the Bikeshare Hawaii Station Due To Safety Concerns to Kamalii Mini Park, and Relocate Bikeshare Hawaii station located on Maunakea Street near North King Street, (10 minutes).

E. Discussion on the Complete Streets Bulb-Outs, located on Pauahi Street, Access for Large Service Trucks, (10 minutes).

F. Public Concerns -- (Three (3) minutes each for issues not on the agenda)

A. The next regular meeting is scheduled for Thursday, August 3, 2017, Hawaii Pacific University, One

Aloha Tower Drive, Multi-Purpose Room 2 at 7:00 p.m.

B. The Neighborhood Citizen's Patrol meets each Tuesday on the Diamond Head side of Kukui Plaza at

8:00 p.m. Please consider joining the patrol and supporting its efforts as they express their service and pride in our Downtown-Chinatown community.

C. Broadcast-Videotape of Board meetings are scheduled to be shown on the 3rd Thursday, and on the

2nd and 4th Saturday, Channel 54.
