PRESS RELEASE:

HawaiiSlam's First Thursdays celebrates the holiday season with a special "No Rules" slam on December 6, 2012. All team pieces, musical accompaniment, props, etc. are ALLOWED. She has read poems to teenagers on the mountaintops of British Columbia, told stories to captivated Bay Area audiences, and sold instant literature ranging from short fiction to wedding vows as a street vending freelance writer in New York City. Tatyana is a cohost on The Oversocial Mofo Revue in San Jose, along with Mike McGee and David Perez, and represented San Francisco (10th place) in 2010 at the National Poetry Slam. She is the longest standing Dirty Haiku Deathmatch Champion at Oakland's Tourettes Without Regrets.
