Tuesdays | For Wine Lovers – Half-Off Tuesdays
Discover why Brasserie Du Vin received Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence six years
in a row! Every Tuesday, from 6:00 p.m. until closing, bottles of wine on Du Vin’s
extensive wine menu (excluding reserve bottles and French Champagne) are half off.

Wednesdays | Sessions @ Du Vin
Enjoy talented musicians every Wednesday night at Brasserie Du Vin. Music starts at
7:00 p.m. and there’s no cover. This month’s line up:
September 5 – The Quiet Band
September 12 – Shoji Ledward
September 19 – The Quiet Band
September 26 – Satomi Yarimizo

Saturdays | Brunch
Saturdays Du Vin offers a changing selection of brunch items, such as Eggs Benedict,
Quiche, and French Toast. Bring friends and family and choose from patio, Cask Room
and main dining room seating. Available, along with Du Vin’s regular lunch menu, all
day. Saturdays, 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Saturdays | Late Night Live Music
Every Saturday, starting at 10:00 p.m. A great end to a dinner date or beginning to a
late night. Entertainers change from time to time. No cover.

September 10 | Wine Down Monday: September Sparklers
The second Monday of every month, learn about and taste wine from around the world.
Themes change monthly. Wine specialists on hand to explain the art and science of
wine making. This informal tasting event is ideal for wine enthusiasts and those
starting their wine journey. This month’s theme is September Sparklers.

Starts with a refreshing cocktail, then moves on to three sparkling wines and
Champagne. Meet staff from Southern Wines & Spirits and learn how sparkling wines
are made, what to shop for and how best to serve them. On the menu... an Aperol Spritz
made with J Roget Brut, Cristalino Cava, La Marca Prosecco, Chandon Brut Sparkling
Wine and Nicholas Feuilatte Champagne. $20 includes appetizers. Limited seating. For
reservations call 545-1115.

September 15 | Saturday Soiree
The third Saturday of each month, Brasserie Du Vin’s menu gets a bit more French.
Look for French-inspired cocktails, appetizers, entrees and desserts – along with wine,
of course. This month’s special is a French-forward, 3-course prix fixe menu, available
all day for just $35 per person. Reservation welcome, but not required. On the menu:
1st Course – Smoked duck breast salad. Baby frisee, strawberry, almonds and
Roquefort cheese dressed with a lilikoi vinaigrette
2nd Course - Roast pork loin cordon blue, horseradish potato puree and ratatouille
3rd Course – Chocolate Pistachio Nut Tart

September 20 | Summer Concert Series with Christina Gomes
Christina presents an evening of soulful and sultry originals and covers. Ticket includes
an open cocktail and pupu bar, including arancini (stuffed risotto rice ball), chicken
curry puff pastries, tuna tartar, goat cheese-stuffed mushrooms & desserts. Limited
Cask Room & Patio seating. Tickets are $35 and are available in advance at Brasserie
Du Vin and via brownpapertickets.com. Starts at 9:00 p.m.

September 28 | The Brewer’s Table: Oktoberfest
The theme of this month’s beer dinner is Oktoberfest. Brasserie Du Vin brings the
flavors of Germany to Honolulu with four German- themed courses, each paired with a
unique beer. A great event for groups. Seating is limited and reservations required. On
the menu:

Starter - Weihenstephan Original Lager.
1st Course – Kartoffelsuppe, German potato soup with crisp bacon bits with Ayinger
Jahrhundert Bier.
2nd Course – House-made bratwurst served with red cabbage sauerkraut and spicy
mustard on rye crostini with Sam Adams Oktoberfest.
3rd Course - Wiener schnitzel over spaetzle in a lemon butter sauce with Aloha
Hefeweizen.
Dessert – Deconstructed black forest cake (warm chocolate cake with cherries
poached in red wine, chocolate sauce and whipped cream) with Schneider
Aventinus.
$50 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Reception starts at 6:00 pm. Limited seating and
