If You Can’t Take Mom to France,
Take Her to Brasserie Du Vin
May 13, 2012 - 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

This Mother’s Day, Brasserie Du Vin is creating a very special menu to make Mom happy. Brunch, lunch
and dinner service available.

The special Sunday brunch menu will include items such as...

o Snow Crab Bisque

o Braised Short Rib Loco Moco – Served on a mushroom risotto with sunny side up eggs and a
peppercorn demi sauce

o Mix Berry Stuffed French Toast – With pear butter, caramel and breakfast potatoes

o Snow Crab Eggs Benedict – With sweet corn hollandaise and grilled asparagus breakfast potatoes

o Blackened Ahi Brochettes – Served with baby mizuna, Maui sweet onions with mushroom soy
beurre blanc

Du Vin’s menu favorites, including baked brie, crab cakes, escargot and roasted red beet salad will also
be available. Refreshing sparkling wine cocktails will be featured. And be sure to save room for Pastry

Chef Beth Iwata’s tempting desserts.
