Special Early Thanksgiving Dinner at Brasserie Du Vin

Enjoy a hassle-free Thanksgiving feast. We’ll do all the prep, cooking and cleaning.
We’ve even selected a wine to accompany three of the four courses. Seating
available on the patio (weather permitting), in the Cask Room and Main Dining Room.
Reservations strongly suggested for this dinner, which will be available all evening,

1st Course Lobster Ravioli in a Kahuku Corn Pasta with a Truffle-Sorrel Cream Sauce
Pairing Darting Durkehimer Spielberg Schuerebe Spatlese, Pfalz, Germany, 2009

2nd Course Roast Goose Carpaccio with Baby Mizuna, Guava Reduction and Shiso
Pairing Marcel Lapierre, Morgon, Beaujolais, France, 2010

3rd Course Braised Turkey Leg Stuffed with Pumpkin Sage in a Mushroom Consommé,
Garnished with Crisp Molokai Sweet Potato

Pairing Domaine Diochon ‘Vielles Vignes,’ Moulin-a-Vent, Beaujolais, France, 2010

Dessert Bourbon-Pecan Pie, Served with an Apple-Cranberry Compote and
Vanilla Bean Gelato

$65 (plus tax and gratuity) with the wine pairing and $45 without the wine pairing. We
