  • University Of Hawaii Art Gallery - Faculty Exhibition


The University of Hawaii Art Gallery is pleased to present Faculty Exhibition 2011, which will be open from September 4 through 30, 2011. Nineteen faculty members from the Department of Art and Art History at the University of Hawaii at Manoa explore diverse aesthetic, methodological, and conceptual issues in this biennial exhibition of recent work. You are invited to meet the artists on Sunday, September 4 at 2:00 p.m. for artist talks followed by the opening reception from 3:00-5:00 p.m. Music will be provided by KTUH FM 90.3 Honolulu DJ Michelle Labelle. The second round of artist talks will be held on Friday, September 23 from 12:00-1:00 p.m. The announcement for the exhibition is in the attachment.

Gallery hours are Monday - Friday 10:30-5:00; Sunday 12:00-5:00; closed Saturdays and September 5, Labor Day. Admission to the gallery is free. Donations are appreciated. Parking fees may apply.
