Monday’s Featured Ingredient: Shrimp
Every Monday night during the month of August Du Vin presents succulent, sweet shrimp in both
appetizer and entrée specials. (Prices range from $10 to $28.) Dinner served from 4:00 pm to closing.
Walk-ins welcome and reservation suggested. For reservations, call (808) 545-1115 or go to

August 1 - Shrimp and asparagus risotto and steak and shrimp scampi
August 8 - Shrimp and Thai basil lumpia and ragout with linguine
August 15 - Grilled, local, whole shrimp and cioppino
August 22 - Shrimp sauteed in meuniere sauce and shrimp spring rolls
August 29 - Chilled shrimp with mignonette and aioli and shrimp and chips

Tuesdays | For Wine Lovers – Half-Off Tuesdays
From 6:00 pm until closing, select any bottle of wine listed on Du Vin’s extensive wine menu (excluding
reserve bottles and French Champagne) and enjoy the bottle for half-off! It’s a two-fer, Du Vin style.

Wednesdays | Sessions @ Du Vin
Sessions @ Du Vin is a weekly showcase of live, local musicians. Styles range from jazz to rhythm and
blues and contemporary. Guest artists change weekly. Music starts at 7:00 pm. No cover. Performing this
month:

August 3 - Jahson and Mario with contemporary pop and jazz
August 10 - Thomas Chun brings his silky jazz guitar stylings
August 17 - The Dennis Wilson Trio, toe-tapping, swing and jazz
August 24 - Louie Pascua, mellow easy listening contemporary tunes
August 31 - The Quiet Band, three passionate jazz musicians present the classics

Saturdays | Brunch
Every Saturday Du Vin offers a changing selection of brunch items, such as Eggs Benedict and French
Toast. Available with the regular lunch menu all day, from 11:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Saturdays | Noir – Late Night Lounge
At 10 pm, Du Vin transforms itself into a late night music, supper and cocktail lounge. DJs Spike
Fandango and Silvana take turns bringing you music reminiscent of the famous Buddha Bar, Hotel
Costes and Cafe Del Mar. Drink and dining specials, including an oyster shooter bar and mini-sweet
treats available. 10:00 pm to 1:00 am. No cover. 21+

August 10 | Behind the Cellar Door: Mi Sueño Winery
This boutique, artisan winery based in Napa focuses on small lots of hand crafted wines. In addition to
tasting four wines and enjoying a hearty selection of heavy appetizers, Tom Bracamontes, Mi Sueño’s
director of marketing, will be on hand to talk about the history and philosophy of the winery. 6:00 p.m.
Very limited space for this tasting and reservations required. Call (808) 545-1115 or go to

August 18 | Hops & Grinds Beer Dinner
This night we raise our beer glasses to local cuisine. Four amazing courses and five local beers. Dinner
hosted by the entertaining, informative and passionate Andy Baker. $50 per person. Reception starts at
6:00 pm. Limited seating and reservations required. Call (808) 545-1115 for information and reservations.
Reception - Hawaii Nui Kauai Golden Ale, Maui Brewing Maui Onion Mild
1st Course - Tiger shrimp and Thai basil spring rolls with fresh mint, carrots and spicy dipping sauce,
paired with Mehana Mauna Kea Pale Ale
2nd Course - Kalua pork and local baby romaine salad with crispy parmesan, boquerones and Caesar
dressing, paired with Hawaii Nui Sunset Amber Ale
3rd Course - Honey mustard grilled short ribs with Molokai sweet potatoes and Kahuku corn cream,
paired with Maui Brewing Double Overhead IPA
Dessert - Haupia semifreddo with caramelized pineapple and pineapple sorbet, paired with Mehana
Alala Hawaiian Crow Porter
After Dinner Treat - Dark chocolate, paired with Maui Brewing Wheat Wine
