Winners of the Art Exhibit at Cafe Che Pasta

'Cafe Che Pasta 2010 Art Show' has been judged. Congratulations to the winners!

  • BEST IN SHOW - Frank Oliva "Aboriginal Delta" - $100 cash prize
  • 1ST PLACE - Joan Dubanoski "Jungle Kimono" - $75 cash prize
  • 2ND PLACE - Romeo C. L. "Untitled" - $50 cash prize
  • 3RD PLACE - Eddie Davis "Hearts O'Fire" - $25 cash prize


JUROR: J. R. 'Rick' Briamonte
His professional art career began in the mid-80's with the former Center Art Gallery-Hawaii as a consultant. In addition to owning his own gallery in Lahaina, he served as Associate Director with Martin Lawrence Galleries and Director for both Merrill Chase Galleries of Chicago and Dolphin Galleries in Hawaii. Over the past 25 years, he has studied more than 5,000 paintings, sculptures, prints and objet d'art from more than 600 artists from around the world.

He is currently working for fine art photographer Peter Lik of Peter Lik Galleries.
