The Actors' Group, generally known for its dramatic productions, presents its first musical, "Dancing Between Heaven & Hell". This TAG dark night production is based on a story conceptualized by Jeff Katts, the originator of the Soul Saviour Chronicles, a series of stories and films that depict angels and demons waging war games for the souls of humans.

"Dancing Between Heaven & Hell" tells the story of the confident Haniel, a warrior angel who has never lost to a demon in the battle for human souls. He meets with a younger, stronger demon, Gaap, and their challenge leads to Haniel not only being defeated, but subsequently losing his wings and being banished to the world of mortals when the woman he is charged to protect is killed by actions influenced by demons. But during his banishment he realizes that although the woman is dead she is neither in heaven nor in hell but in that desolate realm in between. As such the battle is not yet over and so he will try to find a way to win the game and somehow bring her back.

The production will feature a number of talented performers. Po'okela award winning actors Curtis Duncan, Renee Garcia, and Thomas Smith star in the lead roles. Professional singer Sherry Eatmon has composed the show's original songs and also appears in a supporting role. 2007 Miss Hawaii, Ashley Layfield, appears in a featured role and performs two solo dances. A troupe of 12 dancers performs five dance ensembles.
