For nearly 120 years, Retail Merchants of Hawaii has served as the voice of Hawaii's retail industry. We are a vibrant and creative collective of the best in retail that advocates, educates and celebrates our statewide retail industry.
OUR GOALS
- Advocate for the retail industry in government and the community.
- Provide educational opportunities, resources and timely information.

These committees are designed to support our entire membership by providing a platform for collaboration, shared learning, and meaningful industry insights.

Security Committee
This monthly RMH Security Committee meeting is open ONLY to ALL Law Enforcement, RMH Retailers,Retail Loss Prevention Team Members with ties to RMH, Financial Institutions and RMH Special Guests.
Note that the company is the RMH member and all their Hawaii based employees and not just the individual.
Meets every 1st Wednesday of the Month
Hawaiian Cultural Committee
This committee is brand new and will provide a space for members to learn more about the importance of Hawaiian culture and how it plays a role in our businesses.
This committee meets on the 2nd Thursday of every month at 9:00AM on ZOOM.
Member Acquisition & Development Committee
Membership Acquisition and Development Committee (aka MAD) builds membership and plans and coordinates social events to encourage networking and interaction among existing members. Innovative ideas, outside of the box thinking and fun is welcomed.
This committee meets on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 11:00 am via Zoom
Education & HR Committee
The Education & Human Resource Committee provides a forum for round table networking discussions on sharing best practices and issues that companies are currently facing; guest speakers on topics that are of interest to the group and planning educational seminars.
Committee meets on the 2nd Friday of the Month at 9:00 am on ZOOM.
Future of Retail Merchants
This committee is made up of energetic and innovative retailers between the ages of 21 - 39 years old who are interested in helping to set the trends and direction of RMH with valuable input and innovative out of the box ideas.
FORM meets on the 3rd Thursday at 9:00 am on ZOOM
Annual Golf Committee
This committee kicks off every March and leads the planning for one of our biggest, and most fun, networking event of the year!
