Photo Throwdown & Talk with Matt Mallams of Hana Hou! Magazine
Tuesday, November 18 from 5:30 - 8 PM
Following his Hana Hou! talk, Matt Mallams will join photographer Shane Sakata in co-hosting a Photo Throwdown—an interactive session inviting photographers to share and discuss their work, explore editing and sequencing approaches, and gain insight into presentation and storytelling.

Closing Reception: 
Saturday, November 29 from 5 - 7 PM

Hawaii Watercolor Society's Little Picture Show 2025: “Artini”

First Friday Reception on November 7 from 5 to 8 p.m.
The
Hawai‘i Watercolor Society’s annual Little Picture Show returns to Downtown Art Center this year! Featuring works by 25 member artists, the exhibition presents a curated selection of small-format paintings, prints, cards, and ornaments, each measuring under 9 by 12 inches—ideal for collectors and holiday gift-giving.
Please note that the gallery will be
closed on Thanksgiving Day, November 27
