Scarlet will be open 7pm-12am Friday and Saturday nights to FULLY VACCINATED guests only. Proof of vaccination via the actual Vaccination Card, a Picture of card on a phone or Photocopy REQUIRED. Fully Vaccinated is considered 14 days from final shot.
