  Pressure Down Sounds and Rudies Hi-Fi spin strictly-vinyl all-night reggae grooves for the First Friday of the new decade at Downbeat Lounge. Vintage wax mixes of dancehall, ska, rocksteady and more by selectors Irie-Sistable and Zion Coptic Sound.

  Exhibit / Entertainment - Hawaii State Art Museum First Friday. Close To the Public: FREE Online concert!
  No in-person First Friday scheduled at the Hawai i State Art Museum. A free online concert by R&B/soul singer-songwriter Keilana will be on the Hawai i State Art Museum's Instagram Live from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.

  Exhibit - The Pegge Hopper Gallery
  Pegge Hopper Gallery presents a show of remembrance for beloved artist and friend Roy Venters who passed away on September 29th. Venters moved to Honolulu in 1971 and was a vibrant part of the art community. Known as the King of Hearts, his studio on Nu'uanu Ave helped with the artistic transformation of Chinatown in the early 2000's. A selection of works, photos and shared memories, will be on display in celebration of Roy and his art.
