Chinatown Boardroom Announces NAMI - September 2nd - 30th, 2011



Chinatown Boardroom is pleased to present NAMI, a solo exhibition featuring analogue drawing style by Fuyuki. Fuyuki utilizes traditional Japanese art and kimono culture, blending technology and tradition. Fuyuki graduated from art school in Kyoto in 2003 and since then his work has appeared on t-shirts, in art exhibitions, in books: Into the Nature (Gestalten 2006), POE-Illustrated Tales of Mystery and Imagination (Gestalten 2006) as well as live painting performances.

Other works by Fuyuki include: lanterns, jewelry, kimonos, and Japanese screens.

Fuyuki will be performing live painting on Friday, September 2nd from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Do not miss this opportunity to meet Fuyuki while he is visiting from Japan. Fuyuki will be at Chinatown Boardroom for one night only Friday, September 2nd.
