This first Friday June 5th experience fresh seasonal organic cuisine with cabspates.com Live music & entertainment with Bryan Von Ahsen,Millicent Cummings, comedian Kenny Johnson, and other special guests.

Jessica Rigney will be doing yoga.

Jessica will also give students a "taste" of Swami Nithyananda's Life Bliss Meditation. It is a combination of ecstatic pranayama, repetitive mantra and meditation. We will prepare for the practice with simple asana warm-up.
