TASTE OF CHINATOWN FESTIVAL -- A FREE CULINARY AND CULTURAL CELEBRATION IN CHINATOWN

SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 29, 2018

10:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.

Walk Around Snack Down

This year, our hub will be in Smith Beretania Park. There, people can pick up maps of participating eateries and packets of tickets which they have pre-ordered online. We will also have a limited number of tickets available that day at our festival booth for the special plates at each eatery.

With map in hand, it is a short walk to visit each participating eatery to pick up bites to go . Buy an assortment of plates and bring them back to the park to enjoy them with music and other activities.

Tune in to KUMU and the CID facebook page for Tasting Pass give aways in the coming weeks!

Lantern Festival

Check out the custom artistic lanterns designed and created by artists and students. Each eatery will feature a one-of-a-kind festival lantern. Catalog five of them on your festival pass and redeem it for a chance at a prize drawing.

Lanterns will be hung at restaurants for viewing by evening diners until close of business.
