Reminder of order and decorum & rules of speaking: Persons wishing to speak on agenda items must raise their hand and, when recognized by the Chair, to address comments to the Chair. Speakers are encouraged to keep their comments under two (2) minutes, and those giving reports are urged to keep their reports under two (2) minutes unless otherwise directed by the Chair. Board Members shall adhere to Board speaking limits.

D. Public Concerns - (Two (2) minutes each for issues not on the Agenda)

IV. NEW BUSINESS
A. Request for Comments reference Department of Transportation Services (DTS) to expand the crosswalk located on Hotel Street connecting Kekaulike Mall and Maunakea Marketplace, Hong Li, DTS (5 minutes).
B. Request for Street Closure, Friday, February 2, 2018, 7:30p.m. to 2:00a.m., Hotel Street between Smith Street and Nuuanu Avenue for First Friday Mural Installation Community Block Party. Event plan to serve and sell alcohol in a tent located on Hotel Street. Also live music will be held during this event. Nicole Reid, Event Organizer (10 minutes).
C. Request for Street Closure, Saturday, March 17, 2018, 11:00a.m. to 10:00p.m., St Patrick Day Celebration, Nuuanu Avenue from King Street to Nimitz Highway, and Marin Lane from Smith Street to Nuuanu Avenue, and Merchant Street from Nuuanu Avenue to Bethel Street. Event plan to serve and sell alcohol on the street from 3:00pm to 10:00pm. Also live music will be held on the street for this event.

D. Discussion on US Navy update as to the Red Hill Bulk Fuel Facility which is located above the City water aqueduct table area that support the City of Honolulu portable water resources, Mark Manfredi, U.S. Navy; Representatives from Sierra Club, State Department of Health-Environmental Health, and Honolulu Board of Water Supply (45 minutes).

IX. ANNOUNCEMENTS
A. The next regular meeting is scheduled for Thursday, March 1, 2018, Hawaii Pacific
University, One Aloha Tower Drive, Multi-Purpose Room 2 at 7:00 p.m.
B. The Neighborhood Citizen's Patrol meets each Tuesday on the Diamond Head side of
Kukui Plaza at 8:00 p.m. Please consider joining the patrol and supporting its efforts as they
express their service and pride in our Downtown/Chinatown community.
C. Rebroadcasts of Downtown/Chinatown Neighborhood Board #13 Meetings are scheduled on 'Olelo channel 49 for every third Thursday at 9:00 p.m. as well as 6:00 a.m. on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month.
