Speakers are encouraged to keep their comments under two (2) minutes, and those giving reports are urged to keep their reports under two (2) minutes unless otherwise directed by the Chair. Board Members shall adhere to Board speaking limits.

B. Street Closure Alert, 34th Annual Great Aloha Run, Bishop Street, Bethel Street, Nuuanu Avenue, Smith Street to King Street, and North Nimitz Highway, Monday, February 19, 2018, 4:00 a.m.-9:00 a.m., Brent Imonen,
C. Request to Increase the Hourly Duration Time on Street Parking Meters from one (1) to two (2) hours located on Bethel Street, Nuuanu Avenue, Smith Street, from Nimitz Highway to Beretania Street, and on Pauahi Street from Maunakea Street to Bethel Street, subject to the final decision of the City Transportation Services, Nicole Reid, Arts Center Merchant Enterprise, (10 minutes)
D. Chinatown Status update on the newly constructed American Savings Bank Building, corner of North Beretania Street and Aala Street, Nordic PCL, construction firm will assemble a new crane Friday, January 5 through Monday, January 8, 2018, 7:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m., Michelle Bartell, First Vice President (10 minutes)
E. Walk on the Wild Side Event, Saturday, March 10, 2018, 11am-4pm, Sun Yat Sen Mini Park and Fort Street Mall, Pauahi Street closure from Nuuanu Avenue to Fort Street Mall, and Nuuanu Avenue from Chaplin Lane to Hotel Street, Creative Arts Experience, Sandy Pohl, Presenter (10 minutes)
F. Discussion on US Navy update as to the Red Hill fuel facility which is located above the City water aqueduct table area that support the City of Honolulu portable water resources (10 minutes)

A. The next regular meeting is scheduled for Thursday, February 1, 2018, Hawaii Pacific University, One Aloha Tower Drive, Multi-Purpose Room 2 at 7:00 p.m.
B. The Neighborhood Citizen's Patrol meets each Tuesday on the Diamond Head side of Kukui Plaza at 8:00 p.m. Please consider joining the patrol and supporting its efforts as they express their service and pride in our Downtown/Chinatown community.
C. Broadcast-Videotape of Board meetings are scheduled to be shown on the 3rd Thursday, and on the 2nd and 4th Saturday, Channel 54.
