  • bambuTwo Unveils New Tapas Menu!



This week bambuTwo Cafe + Martini Lounge starts serving a new menu of tapas -- a savory selection of hot and cold Spanish and European-inspired small plates, perfect to pair with wine, beer or cocktails. bambuTwo's tapas are prepared by Brasserie Du Vin chef, Marco Elder. On the new menu:

Arancini. An Italian inspiration. A bite-size crisp risotto ball filled with mozzarella and topped with a smidge of pesto.

Savory Croissant Wheels. Flaky croissant rounds, filled with a choice of smoked salmon and cream cheese or ham and gruyere.

Shrimp Shumai. One-bite shrimp shumai served with a ponzu sauce.

Cocktail Meatballs. Spiced ground lamb and pork, served in a rich, zesty marinara sauce.
