  • HPU Theatre Announces Its 2011-2012 Season

Hawaii Pacific University's Paul and Vi Loo Theatre
is pleased to announce
the Cast and Production Team of
"The Importance of Being Earnest"

This sophisticated and witty farce is probably the most famous of all comedies. Its brilliant, yet gentle, attack upon the Victorian establishment is loved by audiences of every generation. The plot revolves around the most ingenious case of "manufactured" mistaken identity ever put in a play. This timeless classic is fresh off a successful Broadway revival, garnering three Tony nominations, one win, and declared "one of the great performances of the season."

Performances run Thursdays thru Sundays, April 6th thru May 6th, 2012. We hope you can join us for this "trivial comedy for serious people."
