Three-Course Wine Dinners – Every Monday
Brasserie Du Vin presents an informal three-course wine dinner every Monday evening. $49 (plus tax and
gratuity). Seating starts at 6:00 pm and reservations recommended. (Three-course dinner also available
without the wine pairing.)

Monday | December 6
Salad of frisee, with a citrus vinaigrette, topped with bacon and a poached egg

Sauteed snapper on spinach with a sauce of confit tomato, garlic, tarragon, ogo and olive oil

Sessions @ Du Vin – Every Wednesday Night
Sessions @ Du Vin is a weekly showcase of live, local musicians. Performers change weekly. Music
starts at 7:00 pm. No cover.

December 1 | Christopher Santocroce. Classical and smooth jazz guitar.

December 8 | Johanna Padeken. Soulful acoustic vocals and guitar. Johnna mixes it up with originals
and covers. Some of the artists who inspire her include Sade, Kenny Loggins, Lauren Hill and Maroon 5.

December 15 | Dragon Chase. Featuring vocalists Kapono Nailiili and Ikaika Tecson, MC Joseph
Rosales, and bassist Mark Tanouye. Dragon Chase presents an alluring blend of jazz and hip-hop.

December 22 | The Hotclub of Hulaville. With the talented Sonny Silva, his band and Ginai. A crowd
favorite, presenting Gypsy and European jazz, along with classic American jazz and show tunes.

December 29 | Dennis Wilson Quintet. This group swings with classic jazz interpretations. Dennis
Wilson on trumpet and cornet, Danny Caparoso on jazz guitar, Chris Roth on upright bass, Ethan Capone
on piano, and Chuck James on drums.

Special Events

Tuesdays | For Wine Lovers – Half-Off Tuesdays
From 6:00 pm until closing, select any bottle of wine listed on Du Vin’s extensive wine menu (excluding
reserve bottles) and enjoy the bottle for half-off!

Saturdays | Open House with Ginai. The lovely and talented Ginai performs every Saturday at Du Vin.
Each week she’ll be joined by different talented musical guest artists. Music starts at 9:00pm. No cover.

December 16 | Celebration of Sparklers
This is the event of the year for Champagne and sparkling wine enthusiasts. Menu includes 15 different
sparklers, including nine Champagnes (Charles Heidsieck, Tattinger, Bruno Paillard, and Delamotte) and
six sparkling wines (Iron Horse, Schramsberg, and Domaine Carneros). A special menu will be served
including Kushi oysters, salami, and almond-lavendar brie. Don’t miss tonight’s special dessert – a
strawberry, pistachio and milk chocolate parfait. Guests also receive a box of hand-crafted chocolates to
take home. Tasting starts at 6:30 pm and is limited to 30 guests. $50. Reservations required.

December 24 | Christmas Eve Dinner
Ring in the holiday with friends or family with a Christmas-inspired, three-course dinner at Du Vin. Each
course offered with a specially selected wine. First seating at 5:00 pm. $55 with pairing ($40 without).
Advanced reservations required.

December 23 | Off The Wall: Scrooge (1970)
Join us for a silent movie shown on the patio wall. Screening starts at 7:00 pm. Albert Finney stars as
Ebenezer Scrooge in this acclaimed musical directed by Robert Neame. A cold-hearted miser, Scrooge is
forced by the ghosts of Christmases past, present and future to take a good, long look at his life. Sir Alec
Guinness plays Marley in this Charles Dickens classic. Free.

Saturdays | Brunch Menu
Every Saturday Du Vin offers a changing selection of brunch items, such as Eggs Benedict and French
Toast. Available with the regular lunch menu all day, from 11:30 am to 4:00 pm.
