"Andy Kay and Warren Stenberg are pictured talking over plans for their forthcoming
art exhibit, "Realism and Beyond" set to open July 3 at Ho'omaluhia Botanical
Garden Gallery. The show will feature over fifty recent paintings
by the two artists and will be available free to the public. The facility is open
Monday -Sunday, 9am - 4pm, 45-860 Luluku Rd., Kaneohe. Show ends
July 30th.

Andy Kay and Warren Stenberg first met some 16 years ago in an abstract
art course conducted by well known AJA artist Harry Tsuchidana at the Honolulu
Academy of Arts. Kay had been creating art for many years while Stenberg
was a relative newcomer. Subsequentlly, their art paths crossed frequently.

Kay's art became a strong influence on Stenberg's development and direction.
Now the artists combine forces for this resulting show.
