Exhibition The graduate art students
of the University of Hawai'i at Manoa, Department of Art and Art
History, present their annual exhibition
of new work. The exhibition includes the graduate studentsÕ
most recent works in painting, ceramics,
fiber, glass, photography, design, printmaking, sculpture,
and electronic media.

Blinking: Contemporary Art of
Korea Eternal
Blinking: Contemporary Art of Korea
features 18 internationally
recognized Korean artists who
experienced KoreaÕs turbulent rise from the ashes of war, through
democratization and a flourishing
economy, to become a significant contemporary society. The artists create works
that reflect on their past while
incorporating exchange with the global art community. Organized by
the Korea College Association of Art, a
non-profit academic association of artists/faculty from
leading art universities in
Korea.

Exhibition The annual
BFA Exhibition
features recent work in painting,
printmaking, fiber, glass,
drawing, graphic design, ceramics,
sculpture, photography, and intermedia created by students who
will receive BFA degrees this academic
year from the Department of Art and Art History, University
of Hawaii at Manoa.

Musing of Mystery and Alphabets of
Agony: The Work of Edward
Gorey In homage to the unique vision
of celebrated, prolific American author and artist Edward
Gorey (1925-2000) and in honor of the
tenth anniversary of his death, the University of Hawai'i Art
Gallery
presents
Musings of Mystery and
Alphabets of Agony: The Work of Edward Gorey.
This exhibition
will showcase The Edward Gorey Collection from the University of Hawai'i at
M‚noa Library and features a
selection of approximately 500 of the over 1000 Edward Gorey books
(many signed and first editions), fine
art books, original prints, posters, note cards, handmade toys
and other curious objects collected by
John Carollo, Honolulu composer and dedicated Goreyphile
for over 35 years. Other special loans
of original works will come from the Gorey Charitable
Trust, New York, and the Edward Gorey
House, Cape Cod, Massachusetts.

Sun. 12:00 - 5:00. Closed holidays and
Saturdays. Free admission. Parking fees
