Welcome the first day of 2010 by checking out our First Friday Honolulu Art Gallery Walk! Come and check out the hottest Downtown/Chinatown galleries and merchants who will open their doors and show you an impressive array of exhibits and events this January 1st, 2010 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm with after hour activities ongoing until 2:00 am. Some venues will be closed for the holiday, but check the home page and the Art District Merchant Association link for many venues that will be open.

There will be no "Live from the Lawn" event on "First Friday," January 1st but there will be a "Live from the Lawn" event entitled "Grammy Awards Concert" featuring the Grammy Award nominees for "Best Hawaiian Music Album" on Friday, January 8th.

Interactive Geo Map

Interactive Geo Map Feature (powered by MBC Directory Maker) allows you to view the location of First Friday events, restaurants, galleries etc. and discover more information about them from a graphical map. One great feature is that the map popup window links back to the individual First Friday profile for each map listing. Sometimes the map server is a little slow so be patient, we can't beat the price...FREE. Looks like the Geo Map was a hit last month based on the traffic. Now there is something for you to print out and take with you.
