4G WiMAX Sneak Peek
Event
While
the new 4G WiMAX Super High-Speed Wireless Internet network from CLEAR (a.k.a.
Clearwire) will not be commercially available to the general public until
December
1st,
2009, Tech In The
City will be sponsoring a Sneak Peek
Event on what 4G WiMAX is, what it can do and local availability. There will be
representatives there to answer your questions and show you how easily the new
WiMAX equipment works. We will be
located at 1170 Nuuanu Avenue, in the courtyard area right in front of
“The Art Board” from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm (look for our
banners).
Tech
In The City will also be sponsoring a
4G WiMAX
Speed Trials
Contest (with prizes for the
fastest speeds attained) along with free give away items for those that simply
participate and enter the
contest.
