Just one lil email, to announce three
sweet things@ ong king. Two new CLasses, and a great photo op for anyone who
needs pics this Friday. ONE: NEW CLASS
Sacred Breathing Space:

About: Sacred Breathing
Space is an environment open to the
public, in which all are reminded to stay present, by reminding ourselves and
each other to stay focused on breath... We will have discussions about pertient
and metaphysical issues. We will be focusing on interaction in a way that feels
completely safe for everyone involved; allowing each individual to act as their
true, highest self. The goal will be a constant remembrance of the Now Here,
through the placement of intention on the inhalation and exhalation. This
technique is vital in re-establishing connection with the higher realms, as well
as grounding more in the physical body.
Harmonic tones, mantras, and controlled breathing exercises (pranayama) will be
employed along with 'free play' breathing sessions to help energize and
oxigenate us. We look forward to 'con-spiring' with you in rememberance of the

Art and Meditation by Anuradha

The Art and meditation lessons are designed to guide the student to learn a
basic meditation technique, while working alone and in partnership, to remove
the student from the every day world and connect to our inner, creative,
inspired, artistic self. The primary aim is to offer the student the gift of
meditation as a tool to temporarily remove oneself from the everyday world, and
the gift of tapping into one’s creative self. Bring a blank paged journal,
a 2B pencil or charcoal, a kneaded eraser, a yoga mat, bottled water, and an
open mind Teacher: Anuradha
Shankaran is of Indian ancestry,
born in Canada to parents born of the Figi Islands. Her transcendent art began
taking shape at the age of 8, when she lived in India for half a year. She
credits this trip with putting her on the path of her principle art elements,
spirituality, meditation and world culture.

12th @ ong KIng FROM 5:00 pm to about 10:00 or 11:00 pm (depends on turn out)
Fee: $60 (all these pics are by Hesham)
   
The deal: THe 60 fee gives you a disc with your images, plus gets you into the
roster of Outlaw Agency.
