CBRE Arranges A Speedy Chinatown Re-Tenanting for SoHo SoHo Will Open On First Friday This Week
HONOLULU- June 3, 2009 -CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) negotiated the re-tenanting of a property at 1146 Fort Street Mall in less than a month allowing a new lounge, SoHo, to open in time for this week's First Friday activities.
Union Mill Investment will lease the property to AFM Network, which created the new lounge named SoHo. Joshua Berger-Marzullo, CBRE Associate, represented Union Mill Investment. The property became available for lease after the former owners, Mall Cafe, decided to pursue other interests.
The space is 5,500 sq. ft. and because of the short reconstruction window, SoHo will open 3,000 sq. ft. on Friday, June 5 and plans to open the remaining space in the coming months.
