ABOUT CHEF KATE
Chef Kate Wagner from Hawaii is French trained and passionate about her craft.
Her cuisine is best described as classical neapolitan; where a few high quality ingredients come together to carry the dish: her Roast Duck with a whiskey plum sauce and crushed Molokai sweet potatoes, or the roast pork loin paired with a light and creamy mustard sauce.
Chef Kate has lightened the fare for the new consumer. Beautiful, creative, and delicious on one plate.
Her chocolates are amazing is in all of its many forms.
