Bookings 808-221-5876 Otis Schaper, singer, songwriter, guitarists. Otis has been dubbed "the Bob Dylan of Haleiwa" by Lynn Nani, music coordinator for the Haleiwa Arts Festival. He joined The Strangers, a classic rock band, in 1996 and wrote or co- wrote, along with Michael Scherr, the songs on thier debut album "Meet The Strangers". Otis's influences include The Clash, Elvis Costello, Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, Bruce Springsteen and Bob Dylan. He is currently recording an album of solo compositions. Otis owns The Factory, a surfboard manufacturing company, and shapes Chronic Surfboards. www.hawaiisurffactory.com He lives in Wahiawa with wife Jules and daughter Kawehi.
