Michele Rosenblum
Michele, born in Boston, subsequently moved across the country, through Kentucky, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and California, and currently resides in Hawaii with her husband, two dogs and two Icelandic horses. An avid rock and fossil collector as a youth, and the daughter of a French watercolorist, she was attracted to the combination of nature and art as manifested in her handmade jewelry, glass and metal work. She studied Art at CSULB, focusing on ceramics, drawing and painting, and jewelry making. She has exhibited in local shows, the Grove Center for the Arts in San Clemente, California and contributed to a 20 year running exhibit at the Palace of Fine Arts, San Francisco. Also an Interior Designer, she designed both commercial and residential projects. As a teacher, she taught Art, Humanities and Theater. In Hawaii, her work has been on exhibit at Tom Adolph Fine Arts Gallery and Hooked Gallery ,Waimea, HI; University of Hawaii, Manoa; Hawaii Craftsmen window, Arts at Mark's Garage, Honolulu, HI.
