First Friday of Fright and Delight

It's that time of year to party with the ghosts and Ghoulies... which is easy when you're in a place where people have been getting down since 1912 - and haven't left even though their bodies have. We are celebrating the season by having some of the best Music playing live for you as well as our etherial friends, and complimenting it with dance, spoken word, and a visual smorgasborg of Art. Come on down to the new Ong King, and see just how freaky we can get at the wtiching hour...

Music:

Broken Eagle Talon

The Sacred Sounds of the Native American flute will bring you to another realm, and return you to the wind of your breath.

Dave Edery & the Scandaliers

Music fuels my soul and I need it to live. I've been in several bands and enjoyed each one. This is what i do. There is no plan B. From pirate rockabilly to western surf rock & spanish melodies to rock n' roll.. Music, lights, fire dancers, visual art, the whole show. Keeping it interesting for everyone.

Dhevhan Keith

Some write poems, I write songs. When words are not enough - music is what feelings sounds like. A mix of ballads, bluesy, and feel good island tunes.

The Woodlums

Music to inspire creativity, healing, conscious listening, and connection: to the planet and each other.

TMP

This project is in a trio setting with Bassist Christian Gonzalez and drummer Cristian Pangibaum. The music is highly improvisation and jam based. styles and beat drive the trio into the Electronica world as Mr. Mackay makes use of a variety of mallet instruments and effect pedals to creative a tapestry of sounds and emotions. Deep grooves from reggae to pumping synth bass keys combined with down the beats from jungle to industrial trip hop, reggae and many others - a psychedelic trio that takes you a sonic journey and will have the audience in dancing mode the entire show.
