DETAILS: The Plaza Club welcomes the public to downtown
Honolulu for a one-of-a-kind First Friday pauhana celebration. The Plaza Club's Sunset Lounge plays host to the event, which features happy hour drink specials, a delectable assortment of pupu, and an eclectic art exhibition featuring original work by prolific Hawaii artist Thomas Deir.

Producing fine art in different mediums including canvas oil paintings, tile murals and stone mosaics, Deir's pieces specialize in Hawaiian reef-life, beach scenes and seascapes. Many of his original tile murals grace locations on Oahu, including the entrance of Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve as well as 15 public schools.
