 The Mendonca Building's unique Courtyard is open again for First Friday and will be hosting a fundraiser for the The Zawadi Arts Festival! In addition, a peek into the 10 new artist studio Lofts that have been added upstairs will also be offered by appointment, call. HAPA will be accepting applications for tenancy until March 15.
The Zawadi Arts Festival Activities (5 PM-10:30 PM) will feature local artists and musicians, ono food, fashion show, and more
"Empowering Africa's Future, Island Style" Charity Fundraiser...has been organized by Honolulu Waldorf Senior High School Student, Shea Petty. She intends to raise money for purchasing laptops for the "Little Shining Stars School" in Shariani, Kenya. Enjoy the outdoor atmosphere at this free concert by local bands-Black Square and Herban Illusion, musicians Megan Reed, Johann and James as well as The Whiskey Avengers from San Francisco. Food, snacks, handmade items from the women of Shariani, Kenya will be for sale. All proceeds will be sent to the school in Kenya. Donations will be accepted at the door.
Again, there will be Vintage Clothing and accessories from the Dustyflint Collection!
Enter into the Chinatown Courtyard on Smith Street through the stand of bamboo at the Blue Dragon Gate. This event is free and open to the public
