Featuring, Garry Palm, Carol D'Angelo and Dexter Doi, Todd Schroeder, Ayamanatara, Kate Wagner, Starpoint Cafe and more...
| Description/Comments |
Garry Palm is excited to be painting again at the Chinatown Courtyard for the March One Night Stand. Garry will again be demonstrating his unique watercolor style, and will also have on display many of his other beautiful works of art. Garry's work can also be seen at many galleries around the islands, and at garrypalm.com
Also returning with new work are Carol D'Angelo and Dexter Doi. They will have stretched canvas giclees and printed giclees on paper as well as a new line of Eco/Art silk-screened tote bags that reflect their original oil paintings. Flip Flop features Dexter's frolicking Koi to encourage environmental thoughts while Mambo Jambo reflects Carol's fine art paintings of lush jungles. Branded as Ecolicious, they intend to save the planet one 100% cotton bag at a time! Nurture Nature!
Todd Schroeder's art is a direct reflection of his extensive travels and intuitive vision of a world shaped in beautiful geometric patterns filled with vibrant colors. His work provides the viewer an opportunity to see the world around them in a unique and provocative light that is striking, intriguing and pleasing to the eye.
Ayamanatara will be on hand to sign her new book 365 Days to Enlightenment: Daily Reflections for Spiritual Growth and Progress, which was just released in August 2007. She is a nationally known author, healer, teacher, clairvoyant and animal communicator who is here in Hawaii for the Total Well Being Expo at the Honolulu Convention Center.
Kate Wagner will show her original artwork in the Starpoint Café. Her other art form is food: Box Dinners and incredible original desserts, which are provided for sale.
Fred Gayagas will be back to share his wonderful old and new Hawaiian tunes and interact with the Courtyard visitors.
Enter into the Chinatown Courtyard either on Smith Street through the Blue Dragon Gate or through the glass doors on Maunakea Street. This event is free and open to the public.
