The Hawaii Theatre opened its doors to the public for the first time on September 6, 1922. Heralded as the "Pride of the Pacific," the Hawaii Theatre has been the gathering place for residents and visitors alike to celebrate culture, the arts, and fine entertainment.
This month we open our doors as part of the First Friday festivities for 20 minute organ "mini-concerts" on the Hawaii Theatre Robert Morton Orchestral Theatre Organ every half-hour, introductory tours of the facility with our learned docents available, and our new mezzanine "Piano Bar" featuring the vocal stylings of: Don Connover and Guests & Seleena Marie Harkness accompanied on piano by Eric Schank.
Come and enjoy the air-conditioned comfort of the historic Hawaii Theatre as we thank you for your ongoing support!
PROGRAM
5:00 pm Docent and backstage tours available throughout the evening on an as needed, first-come, first served basis.
 5:00 ö 10:00 pm Mezzanine bars OPEN for drink purchases
5:30 ö 5:50 pm Organ concert featuring Bill Petty on the Robert Morton Orchestral Theatre Organ.
5:50 ö 6:30 pm Docent and backstage tours continue.
6:30 ö 6:50 pm Organ concert featuring John McCreary on the Robert Morton Orchestral Theatre Organ.
6:50 ö 9:45 pm Docent and backstage tours continue.
7:00 ö 7:45 pm ãPiano Barä in Weyand Room, featuring Don Conover (piano, vocals) and Guests.
7:00 ö 10:00 pm Continuous Hawaiian music in auditorium.
8:00 ö 8:45 pm ãPiano Barä in Weyand Room, featuring Seleena Marie Harkness (vocalist)and Eric Schank on piano (SET #1).
9:00 ö 9:45 pm ãPiano Barä in Weyand Room, featuring Seleena Marie Harkness (vocalist)and Eric Schank on piano (SET #2).
10:00 pm PAU.
