The Pacific Traditions Gallery proudly presents “DREAMAIGES” surrealist art by the renowned artist Michael J. Honn. First Friday, July 6th - July 27, 2007.

Mr. Honn, a graduate of Illinois State Univ. where he majored in fine arts, says his style or vision isn't Hawaii gallery marketable. However, it is exquisite like his vacation rental beach homes on the windward side. They are on an acre of property all art inspired. People who stay in the rental call it an experience and return yearly to see, feel, and feed on what's new.

In keeping with his elegance and design, Honn has transformed the Pacific Traditions Gallery into an oasis of panache and beauty. Come! Visit the visionary creation of his imagination. A state of mind marked by abstraction and release from reality. Experience a series of thoughts, images, and emotions. “DREAMAIGES” a dream as well as the art of Michael Honn. Through his canvases Honn gives the viewer a sense of reality, yet at the same time a feeling as awakening from a dream.

Honn's life is his greatest canvas. His studio is secluded by lush tropical foliage on one of Hawaii's most beautiful beaches. The fruit of his work with bright colors and heavy glazes has resulted in “DREAMAIGES” of innerlit color.

Once you have experienced his creations, you too will be pulled into the dream world of Michael J. Honn.
