Description/Comments
In celebration of the Hawaiian Filipino Centennial, The Contemporary Museum at First Hawaiian Center will present a group exhibition of artists of Hawaii. The artists in this exhibition draw from their Filipino heritage to create works that deal with their unique personal histories. Artists include Alicia Ajolo, Michael Cueva, Terry Acebo Davis, N. Trisha Lagaso Goldberg, Aaron Padilla, Rebecca Ramos, Sean Rivera, and Romolo Valencia and Charles Valrose.

About The Contemporary Museum Mission
The Contemporary Museum, Honolulu, is the only museum in the state of Hawai'i devoted exclusively to contemporary art. TCM provides an accessible forum for provocative, dynamic forms of visual art, offering interaction with art and artists in a unique Island environment. TCM presents its innovative exhibition and education programs at two venues: in residential Honolulu at the historic Spalding house, and downtown at First Hawaiian Center.
